Vacation Rental Management Program

Before accepting a property into our program we need to evaluate it to ensure it meets our requirements. We will conduct financial projections, an inspection, and a design assessment before being able to determine if it’s a good match. The management fee is 20% revenue share. This full management plan can produce returns up to 10X higher than traditional property rental strategies.

In-home materials and NFPA-10 Fire Extinguisher as required by law are also included.

Desktop Vacation Rental Management Program

This plan is perfect if you would like to maximize the revenue generated by your property. Host & Keep will manage your listings across multiple short-term property rental platforms. We only ever get paid if your property generates revenue. The desktop plan can produce returns up to 3X higher than traditional property rental strategies. The management fee is a 15% revenue share.
