Under this program, you will be eligible to earn a bonus of $250 for every client you send our way to receive stellar management and monetization services for their property.

1. A referee may not benefit from the reward for referring to their own principal place of residence, or any other properties otherwise owned, co-owned or lived in, by them or immediate family. We may request further documents to prove validity of referral.

2. A referral reward may be paid out only once per property, and only to the first person referring the new property to Host & Keep.
